IconCool 5 is your complete solution for 32 bit and Vista icon editing, modifying, and creating. This software has creative and brand-new functions similar to Adobe PhotoShop.
Now there is support for Windows Vista, meaning you can create and edit icons compatible with the newest Windows operating system. IconCool Studio has support for the PSD Plug-in and now allows you to transfer an image to IconCool Studio from PhotoShop. You can load and export PSD, PNG, GIF, ANI files and more.
IconCool supports fifty image filters including blurring, sharpening, embossing, as well as fifteen image effects, including Linear Gradient, Wave, 3D shadow, 3D button, text gradient effects and more.
IconCool is also highly customizable. You can set the coordinates and radial angles and the software supports 25/12 formats to import/export.
Virtually any image is supported in IconCool Studio, including BMP, DIB, EMF, GIF, ICB, ICO, ICL, JPG, JPEG, PBM, PCD, PCX, PGM, PNG, PPM, PSD, PSP, RLE, SGI, TGA, TIF, TIFF, VDA, VST, WBMP and WMF.
